In wartime England, cryptic radio broadcasts from Nazi Germany are spreading panic throughout the region. Sherlock Holmes (Basil Rathbone) and his devoted assistant, Dr. Watson (Nigel Bruce), are summoned by British intelligence to find the source of the mysterious "Voice of Terror."
